1. The candidate will lead a team of P&E specialists that will provide turn-key/fixed fee, time and materials, stand-alone software, subscription, managed services and after market service based estimates and proposal of highest accuracy and quality with agility, speed and productivity of a software company to the Sales organization.

2. Work closely with Regional Business Leaders and supporting functions to meet or exceed Honeywell connected Plant AOP

3. Successfully manage, develop, drive and continuously optimize the P&E organization which includes defining tools, standards, processes. Interactions with HCE, other Businesses functions and partners.

4. Managing day to day P&E related activities, including SIOP management with team and driving on or above target utilization. Takes corrective actions where appropriate.

  • Ensure that the Siebel Discipline is maintained and the status for various Activities are kept up to date.
  • Assign appropriate resources to each Siebel Activity, to meet the agreed deliverables and deadlines.
  • Understand the scope of work to be delivered in the proposal for the project.
  • Oversee the scheduling of the workload and globally forecast available capacity in the team.

  • Effectively manage the teams and resources to balance the workload and set priorities for the teams – 15%
  • Promote the effective use of tools and processes to increase productivity – 25%
