QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
The Analyst is responsible for technical troubleshooting and analysis of related issues including on-call support, specifically in ERP modules and e-business applications. The Analyst will also work closely with business operations to design and implement solutions to improve the revenue cycle performance of the customers for all entities. This role requires an understanding of workflows in order to design and execute software solutions that solve business problems.
Must have proven knowledge in computer programming language.
Must have a thorough understanding in systems and data processing policies, practices and procedures.
Must have a thorough understanding in systems analysis and design techniques.
Must have expert knowledge of the systems development life cycle. Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques required. Must have familiarity of financial statement preparation, budgeting and financial analysis concepts and techniques.
Must be able to manage a staff responsible one or more components of the systems development life cycle.
Must have the ability manage multiple teams that analyze applications and systems. Must be able to program complex systems requiring minimal interfaces.
Must possess strong problem-solving skills to determine the programming effects on existing systems. Must have strong decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation.
Must possess strong project leadership and management skills.
Must be able to develop, implement and present applications development strategies.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills to prepare and communicate programming plans and procedures as well as to interact with all levels within the company.
Database administration using Oracle 11g / 12c (12c Release 1: 12.1 preferred)
Professional certification (eg OCP) on Oracle 11g / 12c (12c Release 1: 12.1 preferred),
Administration of mission-critical production databases, including RAC configuration
Administration and deployment of Oracle Warehouse Builder
SQL, PL/SQL performance tuning, using Oracle Enterprise Manager
Management of database, data warehouse and Oracle Warehouse Builder deployment using formal configuration management tools
Linux / Unix shell scripting (RHEL5 preferred)
ITIL or similar service management methodologies
Ensure completeness of Data Migration through report verification.
Conduct Workshops for End Users during the process of implementing specific business modules for Training and Knowledge Transfer.
Coordinate with technical team for testing and setup required for customization or Integration purpose.
Ensures timely completion of the tasks/modules of the project within target dates.
Supports the customer in the post-implementation scenario.
Perform gap analysis between ERP functionality and client’s requirements and implement solutions or work with the development staff/team to design product enhancements to address
Develop data conversion and testing strategies and successfully implement those strategies, provides applications and ERP system support
Implements Configures, maintains and upgrades applications including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., General Ledger, Cash management, Fixed assets, Receivables, Payables , Cost management , Work flow, I-expense , Property Management on the versions 11.5.10, R12, Fusion ) and other business applications
Train users on new processes for native software functionality, help users to complete their User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Analyze the client’s requirement and understand business process flows in order to implement the business requirements
To test the newly developed functionality, to assure the data integrity with the neighboring domains
Develop custom forms & custom modules
Develop custom reports based on business requirements
Work on form personalization & customization
Develop custom approval workflows
Customize standard workflows
Develop Oracle Discoverer Report
Personalize & extend Oracle standard reports
Develop Forms linked with workflow for approval requests
Develop OAF Forms
Develop alerts for triggers emails, concurrent programs and updating tables using interface and APIs
Develop inbound & outbound interfaces and APIs for respective modules
Performing requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and finalizing to-be solution after comparing requirements to Oracle Financial cloud functionalities
Implementing Oracle eBusiness suite and Oracle Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project (Release 10 or later).
Work directly with Business User as an Oracle Cloud SCM expert. Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.
