• Develop, implement and periodically review the Human Capital policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency and talent engagement.
• Improve the quality of talent services to ensure the enhancement of their motivation, performance, affiliation and satisfaction.
• Manage talents affairs and grievances
• Develop and implement talent retention strategies and plans.
• Develop and manage the rewards and recognition programs
• Manage and update the human capital management system, HRIS, and regularly update talent databases and information.
• Manage and maintain employee files, data and archives according to Client archiving guidelines.
