Job description / Role
Responsible in managing the day to day operations within the respective repair facility.
Lead technical team in supporting PG on operational missions, conduct product R&D and provide field support
Accountable for job allocation and work flow in the workshop.
Ensure all technical tasks including PM and CM are performed, as per vendor standards, meet set TAT, are recorded and quality assurance testing is completed.
To act as the technical advisor on all Harris and TETRA technical matters including (but not limited to) platform installation design, power budgeting and advanced operations
Prepare technical reports and monthly workshop activity summaries
Ensure that the workshop operating practices are of a high standard and that special tools and equipment are well maintained and calibrated
Oversee the application of workshop specifically QHSE policies and ensuring ESD, earth grounding, first aid and fire hazard precautions are all proactively monitored
