Job description / Role
Emirati Radio/Telecom Technician up to 32,000 Aed++ for a Telecom Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Perform standard reactive and routine maintenance tasks
• Will provide L1-L4 maintenance and repair of telecommunications equipment
• Assist in the development and training of staff within the battalions for level 1 to 4 maintenance & repair requirements
• Diagnose and resolve faults on all radio equipment, including vehicle-mounted radio equipment and associated components
• Configuration and testing of radio equipment in the workshop
• Perform routine maintenance on clients’ radio equipment and associated components within the workshop and field environments
• Takes responsibility for completing work on time and in line with the company QHSE standards
• Assist Engineer to rectify more in-depth faults
• Assist Engineer to perform vehicle installation work
• Build-up and maintain personal competencies relevant to the clients’ products
• Provide competence development/training and support to staff within the battalions as defined in the training plans
