Emirati Procurement Officer up to 33k Aed + for a Leading Financial Services Company in Abu Dhabi
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist in developing Procurement and Admin budget based on the requirement of section and follow directives from line manager
• Make purchasing decisions in accordance with set budgets and as directed by line manager
• Coordinate the petty cash functions in accordance with the company’s approval matrix
• Processing of all LPO while ensuring that quality goods and services are procured at an economic price; keeping the master supplier list updated
• Prepare periodical reports of all purchasing activities
• Conduct annual vendors pre-qualification assessment
• Ensure end of year reports and closure of all pending projects in line with the company’s purchasing and accounting procedures
• Coordinate with other divisions to identify company needs as a whole
