Job description / Role
Objective: To lead and supervise Elementary grade classrooms ensuring academic performance of the students as well as their psychological development
Main responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise the classroom ensuring decorum is well-maintained at all times
2. Teach all core subjects
3. Ensure high quality academic performance and improvements
4. Maintain strong rapport with students, parents and ensure good bonding between the students
