Position Title: Electrical Supervisor
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 5,000 AED plus transportation to candidates (from Sharjah and Ajman preferred) depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
– Electrical Problems Troubleshooting / Maintenance in Aluminum composite panel (ACP)& Coil coating Line (CCL) plant
– Maintenance & Troubleshooting of overhead Cranes
– Troubleshooting of all Mechanical & Electrical problems in Utilities (chiller, compressors, RO Plant)
– Troubleshooting of PLC & Drives
– Attending all breakdowns Mechanical and Electrical
– Creating break down reports
– Updating all breakdown and corrective maintenance in log book and system
– Preparing preventive maintenance schedule and updating
– Checking of all Panels frequently
– New panel and control wiring for new & updating machines
– Spare part usage tracking and updating in system
– Doing Electrical preventive maintenance
– New machines/ system upgrade to increase production
– Updating of ISO documents
– Material & Purchase Request creation & follow up with Purchase Department
– Maintaining History Card of Machines with respect to breakdown and corrective maintenance
– Spare Parts stock maintaining
– Maintaining Attendance of Maintenance dept. Workers & staff
– Analysing of Maintenance worker over time.
– Maintaining daily activities of maintenance in log book and system
