EYFS teachers have a fundamental role within Al Rabeeh School as they provide the necessary foundations upon which subsequent year groups further develop students’ skills, knowledge and enthusiasm for learning. The successful applicant will be sympathetic to the ethos and values of Al Rabeeh, a school with a high population of Emirati/Arab and international students. Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent knowledge of the British National Curriculum, in particular the Early Years Framework and Development Matters as well as the current.
- Bachelor of Education Degree in English or Bachelor Degree in equivalent field.
- PGCE or other teaching qualification.
- 2 years of experience in teaching is mandatory.
- Experience of using data systems for school improvement, student tracking, intervention, target setting, assessment, recording, and reporting.
- Strong emphasis and desire to be outstanding in teaching and learning.
- A willingness and preparedness to work effectively as a team member, to nurture, collaborate, to be flexible.
- A strong focus on pastoral care and a willingness to go the extra mile so as to get the best from the child.
- Commitment to the whole school initiatives and the school improvement cycle.
- Ability to meet deadline and prioritise.
