E-Commerce Executive

Job description / Role

1) Product/Content creation
2) Inventory/Pricing update
3) Confirmation and processing of PO’s.
4) Confirming and processing daily orders received on any E-Commerce portals where we sell our products.
5) Uploading Invoices for direct orders.
6) Extract sales and inventory data and prepare reports for all seller accounts
7) Deal with customer queries/complains.
8) Prepare and submit products for promotions on a regular basis
9) Co-ordination with the WH team to ensure deliveries are done on time.
10) Extracting marketing content from the available Media Kit.
11) Regular price surveys
