Job Description:
- To deliver guest’s request to guestrooms prior efficiently and promptly
- Top make up the baby cot and additional amenities to be delivered to guest room
- To maintain all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures. To keep storeroom / pantry clean and tidy
Job Responsibilities:
- To maximize recycling opportunities while it is not jeopardizing quality assurance
- Delivery and collecting of linen to all the assigned floors
- Perform handyman work for any special assignment issued
- Responsible for delivering the guest experience by consistently meeting the highest standards of cleanliness, attention to (LEGO) details efficiency and guest satisfaction throughout all areas of the Hotel
- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag always
- To provide a courteous and professional service always
- To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments
- Take extreme care with personal grooming to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability to require
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualification & Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of successful experience in a housekeeping department on same position.
