Job Description:

The purpose of the Manager, Social Media Campaigns is to plan and deliver paid and organic social media content for Expo 2020 social media channels and international/domestic campaigns in multiple languages during the consideration and conversation phase that contributes to the overall ticket sales for Expo 2020.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively work with our Creative and Media Agencies to deliver best in-class insight driven campaigns and media plans;
  • Managing the implementation, tracking, and measurement of all campaigns, including post-campaign effectiveness analysis;
  • Use analytics from previous campaigns and consumer research to inform and create performance indicators for future campaigns;
  • Ensure content is being adapted in multiple languages for multiple channels as per CPSs and timelines and before campaign launch date;
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the agencies, ensure content is delivered being against timelines and as per guidelines;

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios;
  • Multi-tasker who is well organized, with impeccable written and oral presentation skills;
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong understanding of social media measurement and insights as well as overall knowledge in digital analytics;
  • Creative and Social media agencies management;

Qualification & Experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, as well as:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts or Business;
