Job description / Role
Drilling/Workover Superintendent for an Oil and Gas Company in the UAE
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Candidates must be in UAE
• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
• Minimum of 20 years overall work experience with 10 years of experience in Hydraulic Workover Unit
• Experience in well supervision in H²S environments
• Experience in supervision of 460K Hydraulic Workover Unit
• Operations for deep wells between 4500 – 6000m, HT/HP and high deviated/ horizontal wells at rig site
• Have a strong background in workover and well servicing operation
• Demonstrate leadership with no tolerance for safety violations
• Ability to work in team environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic speaker is an advantage
CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:
• Valid IWCF Well Intervention Supervisor Level 4 Certification
• Valid H²S Certification
