Draftsman Structural Planning Officer

• Creation of 3D BIM models of the supporting structure of buildings in solid, steel or timber construction and associated construction pits with construction pit closures and safety measures
• Plan processing for preliminary, construction and execution projects in building construction and structural engineering (mainly formwork, reinforcement, steel construction) including associated documentation (material, parts and order lists)
• Support of the project management with tenders with quantity takeoffs on CAD models
• Support in apprenticeship training and apprentice support

Requirements Of Job

• Completed apprenticeship draftsman EFZ, specializing in civil engineering
• Good knowledge of Allplan (3D), possibly also as a key user
• Professional experience in a comparable position or experience with BIM projects
• Good spatial awareness
• Interest in working on large projects
