Director of Maintenance Services – Abu Dhabi, UAE – Facilities Management Service Provider
Our client is a leading FM company. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types including: Commercial, Retail, Education, Health and Residential. They are currently seeking a Director of Maintenance Services to join their Abu Dhabi operation.
The role will involve the following duties:
Operations Management experience for MEP related disciplines such as: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Utilities.
Client relationship management
Pricing tender opportunities for MEP related services.
Mobilization of contracts. Including mobilization budgets.
Have a full understanding of contract, KPI’s, and SLAs and management of
Procurement and supplier management
Auditing experience
Understanding and creating scope of works
Creating operational budgets and P&L responsibilities
Requirements:

Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
? Engineering qualification – Degree highly desirable
? An in depth knowledge of CAFM systems
? A knowledge of Energy Management for buildings
? Excellent spoken Arabic is highly desirable
? Good report writing skills
