Experience in a senior management role in Digital Transformation or equivalent position in a global environment.Experience leading an agile team and delivering new digital customer experiences and channels.Solid knowledge in emerging technologies, and the ability to apply these in the service of the company’s key business goals.An entrepreneurial mindset; experience in funded FinTech start-up or similar Must have experience in building digital product roadmaps Strong technical understanding
