We are currently hiring for a role of DIRECT SALES ADVISORS for selling ISLAMIC BANKING & FINANCE PRODUCTS.
The candidate selected as Direct Sales Advisor will become part of a dedicated direct sales team, working on selling finance products, credit cards and deposits
Direct Sales Advisor will be required to generate and qualify prospective leads for these products.
Direct Sales Advisor will be required to work towards achieving the monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Direct Sales Advisor will be required to take part in RoadShows and other campaign events scheduled through the year.
Direct Sales Advisor will be required to complete mandatory training and tests periodically.
Direct Sales Advisor will be entitled to incentives and commissions based on achievement of pre-determined targets and sales commissions computation policies.

# Prior experience in Direct Sales Roles in Bahrain in Banking.
# Trainings and Certifications completed (related to Banking).

# Educational Qualification.
# Candidate will be required to provide Reference during the interview process.
# Candidate will be required to provide Salary Statements during the interview process.
Candidate must be fluent in ARABIC and ENGLISH.
Candidate must be self motivated.
Candidate must be able to independently generate leads for all product types assigned.
Candidate should be able to report on time to client branches, roadshows and sales lead meetings.
Direct Sales Advisors employment contract will initially be issued for 1 year and will be renewed subject to sales performance in the previous contract.
Salary – Salary is negotiable.
Contract length: 12 months
