Job description / Role
• Oversee multiple brand media budgets for all brands and all digital channels
• Design a lifecycle strategy dedicated to increasing customer retention and brand engagement across multiple touchpoints (email, SMS)
• Partner with Digital Designers and copywriters to build out ads and drive results
• Manage acquisition of new customers including ownership of acquisition plan and budgeting to hit goals
• Lead media performance reporting including KPI definition & weekly insights
• Drive customer engagement across CRM channels with targeted communications
• Work cross-functionally to ensure messaging is cohesive – including product launches, brand strategy, engagement metrics, etc.
• Partner with the e-comm team to ensure the creative strategy is aligned with media strategy
• Deliver cross-functional updates, reporting, and analysis of campaign performance
• Manage Email and SMS Marketing – including marketing campaigns, and lifecycle email campaigns
