Digital GM/Founder – Start-Up

The GM role will be responsible for driving the growth of the business in the UAE, reporting to the Director of the division. This role is the key player and driver of the business, spearheading its launch and strategic growth.

Client Details

Our client is a start-up incubation platform responsible for conceptualising, funding and launching some of the region’s best-known brands. This new concept is a digital platform disrupting the F&B space.

Description

* Launch, lead and expand the start-up from initial beta launch, to official launch and expansion to new territories
* Directing and overseeing all departments across digital, marketing, technology and operations
* Building a solid business foundation by developing the workflow, building high performing teams and incorporating e-commerce best practices
* Managing and monitoring the digital marketing budgets, defining KPIs and performance metrics, monitoring and analysing results to make informed, data driven decisions
* Acting as the brand spokesperson for the business, representing the start-up at public events and media channels
