Job Responsibilities

A Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience in a specialized agency to work directly with the marketing team to create varied and interesting content to target groups. The successful candidate needs to be fully attuned to all the latest trends and best practices in online, social media and offline content designs and production to maximise brand and product visibility, target audience engagement and business lead conversions.

  • Design consistent creative assets for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Youtube, etc.)
  • Create and Edit videos and animations for use on websites, presentations and social media channels
  • Design corporate assets such as stationary, presentations, displays, etc
  • Design below the line assets such as leaflets, brochures, posters and banners.
  • Process briefs and come up with creative ideas
  • Translate ideas into various and fresh design concepts
  • Ability to propose new and unique ideas all the time
  • Ensure that all assets are delivered on time for all digital platforms
  • Maintain accuracy of all content
  • Create posts, pages, and applications to attract customers
  • Keep an eye on the latest trends for design and content

Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Graphic Design, Art and/or animation
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Business to Business and Business to Consumer experience is critical, healthcare marketing experience is a bonus
Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Required skills
Creativity, Graphic Design skills and premium brand sensibility
Ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail
Ability to work on strict deadlines
Ability to work fast on design edits 
Advanced skills in Adobe premiere & Adobe after effects
Advanced animation skills
Advanced video editing skills
Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills
Strong ability to search and edit music for videos
Strong ability to search for online stock footage
Strong understanding of shots composition for video and screen captures
Must have grasp of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, blogging, etc
Creative with ability to produce original ideas and brainstorm with the team
Proficiency in Marketing disciplines
Self-motivated, passionate about social media and work well in a team
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Corporate etiquette
