Quest is working in partnership with a world-renowned luxury retail business who are looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi. You will be working alongside a very qualified and professional team.
As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will:
* Provide clients with the highest level of customer service maintaining the brands high standards.
* In charge of sales and/or operations and bringing in new and existing clients through your own references.
* Assists the Boutique Manager to monitor the boutique KPIs.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
Desirable skills and background:
* Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in business or any relevant subject.
* At least 8-10 years’ experience in luxury retail industry providing world class customer service to VIP and HNW clients.
* 3-5 years of management experience.
