Job description / Role
• Oversees the kitchen for pastry section, preparation, decoration and baking.
• He maybe required to assist cooking and buffet section in the restaurant.
• He must ensure he follows and practice HACCP and Hygiene Standard.
• He must ensure cleanliness of his working station.
• Other duties that maybe assigned.
• Maintain proper rotation of product and control the cost.
• Have full knowledge of the items/ingredients.
