Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 4,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
• Support the station commis in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies
• Ensure health and safety is first and foremost with every task carried out
• Ensure the use of station commis recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations
• Involvement in new products tasting and sampling in your department
• Ensure that the materials are available and online in timely a timely manner
• Ensure that finished plated food meet customer expectation/standard without fail
• Take action as instructed for all out of spec food orders
