Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a high calibre Debt Capital Markets associate, with c. NQ -2 PQE in DCM work, gained at a UK, US or Australian law firm. The role will be to join its existing small team, playing a key role in relation to high profile issues, transactions and interacting with clients.
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner, working on a broad range of DCM matters, from corporate and government bond issues to transactional matters for a range of clients from multi-national corporations, financial institutions and government entities as well as funds.
