About the Client:
A prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAE.
Job Role:
• Entering customer data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for cloud-based ERP
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible and checking the output
• Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations and performing backup operations
• Scanning documents and printing files, if necessary
• Keeping information confidential
• Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
• Complying with data integrity and security policies
• Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions
