This opportunity is with a leading luxury retail brand based in Dubai, UAE

You will be responsible for handling customer contacts, including telephone contact, e-mails, and fax / mail requests. You will be answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. You will have to respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

You will engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed. You will be building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
