Sea Freight
• Taking rates from shipping line & quote the customer with the better price
• Makes Booking
• Providing Shipping Instruction
• Coordinates with Accounts on the payments for shipping line
• Collecting the Bill of Lading & giving to customer on time after sailing of the vessel

Import & Export Shipment clearance
• All type of clearance for Import & Export

Customer Service
• Providing better customer services to the customers by quoting them the freight on time
• Updating the customer on the shipment status

SAP
• Preparing SO & PO after closing the Jobs say Cross Stuffing & Dubai customs Documentation

Reports
• Preparing reports on the number of inquiries received, & number of orders confirmed
• Getting shipping rates from different supplier upon request
• Coordinating with shipping agents with import & export shipment clearance
• Customer Service for the sea & air freight customers
