WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for us, you will be the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and help with a variety of office tasks. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

    • Strong customer service, computer, and phone skills

    • Ability to type 35-45 WPM

n

    • Ability to operate Microsoft Office

n

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
