Job description / Role

– Lead the department, manage and motivate the representatives to ensure a high standard of service.
– Be an expert on the company policy and system.
– Manage customer and other external inquiries.
– Impose the the internal company and compliance policy, daily monitoring of online non-complaint pages and material and report.
– Maintain a consistent focus on quality improvement in all areas of work and implement best practice.
– Update the concerned trackers and documents for management review.
– Communicate with the US management team.
