We have an urgent requirement for one of the leading bank in UAE.

• Designation : Customer On-boarding Officer/Costumer Service Officer
• Location : Dubai
• Nationality : Arabic
• Gender : Open yet Female Preferred
• Industry : Banking

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Due diligence on customer applications received in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Submission of all applications to Operations and other stakeholders to process customer onboarding.
• Work with other internal departments to ensure smooth account opening process as well as coordinate any compliance/legal requirements with the sales team
• Prepare MIS/Dashboard on the team’s performance.
