Principal Accountabilities:
1) Analyses the data with different methods by using the procedures like standard statistical methods, interpret
the results to provide written summary of data analyses.
2) Assures the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage and processing to generate related
3) Acquires data from the Oracle to complete statistical analyses as required.
4) Actively participates in ongoing decisions concerning data collections, study design, methodology, and data
analysis, encoding to make effective presentations.
5) Analyses how to relieve the burden of cost and time for Customer Satisfaction Survey (HGSI) in sales and service area.
6) Monitors real time feedback from our customers and provide tools such as dash board for you to improve on your week points on site.
7) Helps monitor brand on line reputation such as google review.
8) Handles Live Broadcasting inquiries and webpage development with Marketing Department
9) Handles Leads Management projects.

Minimum Requirement:

  • 3 Years’ experience in relevant industry
  • Male or Female, 25 to 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good Communication skills
  • Bilingual is preferred
