Our premium Italian restaurant, Modo Mio, currently has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef to join their team. You will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine in all areas of operational and staff management requirements in order to deliver on Crown Perth’s vision, standards and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations
- Australian Recognised Trade Papers or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Knowledge and commitment to Equal Opportunity, Ethical Practice and Occupational Health & Safety
- Experience within a 4 or 5 star environment is advantageous
- Ability to manage priorities and resources to deliver business outcomes
- Proven experience in people management and training and empowering others
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Chef position
