Job Description:
We are currently on the lookout for experienced and passionate hoteliers to join our team at Crown Towers Sydney. As a Front Office Supervisor you will be overseeing the operation of Front Desk to ensure that there is a smooth check in and check out process and that all guests receive the highest level of personalised service. Being a part of the Front Office team, there will be a strong level of communication and collaboration involved with other business areas such as Concierge, Housekeeping and Bell Services to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Working very closely with your Front Office Attendant team, as a Supervisor there will be a focus on coaching, mentoring and developing the team and placing an emphasis on the workplace culture to develop an inclusive and supportive working environment.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas
- Established experience in a supervisory role within front office operations or hotels
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems will be highly regarded
- Experience in guiding and mentoring a team
- Ability to work a 24/7 roster including weekends
- Knowledge of Forbes star rating will be highly regarded
- Ability to anticipate the needs of guests & promptly manage any guest enquiries
