Job Description:
Reporting to the Event Sales Manager, the Events Coordinator is responsible for the management, planning and organisation of events, weddings, exhibitions and conferences of a small size and generally short lead nature, held within Crown. This role ensures ongoing client relationships are maintained and strengthened, guides and manages clients in regard to event requirements and the smooth running of events, ensures the delivery of outstanding service to all clients through clear communication with operational teams, and revenue manages each event to ensure a positive financial outcome for Crown.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- The ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic role
- Prior events experience within a five-star or luxury venue is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional grooming and presentation, suited to a five-star venue
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prior experience using FDC/Delphi/Micros etc. or any floorplan software such as Social Tables will be highly regarded
- The ability to build and develop strong stakeholder relationships both internal and externally to Crown
