Job Description:

The Senior Wedding Events Executive is responsible for the sale, contracting, management, planning and organisation of events held within Crown outlets, with a focus on Weddings and Social Occasions. This role ensures ongoing client relationships are maintained and strengthened, guides and manages clients in regard to event requirements and the smooth running of events, ensures the delivery of outstanding service to all clients through clear communication with operational teams, and revenue manages each event to ensure a positive financial outcome for Crown.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the booking system is always accurate and contains the correct financial information
  • Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Proactively working towards achieving determined budget
  • Managing and coordinating all communications with clients, suppliers, internal Crown departments for each booking
  • Upselling all areas of events to customers, improving the overall spend wherever possible
