Job Description
The Cross-Carline Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Core & Cadillac product marketing teams drive efficiency and consistency in processes as well as activities. This role will also oversee and coordinate the effective launches of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Local (100%)
Product Marketing
- Support pricing exercise through data analysis and collecting market intelligence (like competitor analysis & Product Specification Guide comparison)
- Catalogue, product imagery & asset re-reviews post initial review from Product Marketing Managers
- Facilitate cross-functional requests from different functions on material requirements (vehicle Order Guide (VOG), bulletins, playbooks, etc.)
- Coordinate fleet specification and tender questionnaires
- Single source for all dealer communications from Product Marketing. This includes drafting, receiving the approval and dispatch
- Lead for Business Plan (BP) touchpoint
- Maintains life cycle templates
- Lead CAFE touch point
Program Launch
- Manage the launch of future products Global Vehicle Development Process (GDVP) and start of regular production SORP+1 gate by generating key stakeholder buy-off on mutually agreed decisions via utilization of a global launch process to produce timely and appropriately executed launches
- Track all tasks related to life cycle enhancement and launch products to ensure cross-functional readiness
- Driving launch action owners to meet launch deliverables on time and with quality and tracking of deliverables (checklist by department)
- Work with Middle East Operations (MEO) stakeholders and program teams to resolve launch issues
- Ensure timely and effective escalation of issues – within MEO and with the program teams
- Managing the COPER tool process and updating the system with status – ensuring the responsibilities and tasks are kept up to date. Working with the various functions to ensure the tool accurately reflects the work stream relationships and timing.
- Align with Program teams on check list for supplier approvals
- Represent the marketing team as the regulatory and country specific check list lead for Marketing
- Master Keeper of SORPs, build out BOs & Black outs for Sales & Marketing
- Responsible for Certificate of Conformity (COC) support for Distribution
- Set all the Gate Dates for Core for Pricing reviews
- Manage marketing vehicle units ordering process for New, Major, MCM and MCP programs – working with the functions to optimize the number of vehicles required and product accuracy during build process and once the product arrives. The inspection will be conducted with the quality team before the gate is open (quality, marketing, Public Relations, Company Vehicle Operations (CVO)
