Job description / Role

Objectives: The role is responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with client/ stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all requirements are met on time and as per project requirements. The role includes all activities of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales deals. The job holder will be involved in networking with stakeholders of construction projects and transforming opportunities into orders

Main responsibilities:

CRM SOFTWARE
• Maintain an updated CRM database and accurate records
• Monitor CRM activities and provide daily CRM updates to reflect actual status of sales
• Identifying and entering contact details of all key stakeholders in the CRM software
• Weekly CRM data review, verification, validation & troubleshooting of all sales related information

SALES
• Customer Relationship Management – maintain a daily effective communication with all stake holders via physical/ virtual meetings, phone calls and emails.
• Engage with stakeholders, vendors and trade partners to identify potential sales synergies
• Follow up with customers and update Sales Department on project and sales status
• Ensure completion of project requirement for new and on-going projects.
• Handle, keeping track and resolve customer complaints – provide the needed advice to the complaints
• Communicate proper information and archive documentations

Reporting to: Sales Manager
Working Hours: Sun-Thu, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Travel requirements: Periodic travel within GCC
