Position Title: CRM Admin Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5,000 AED all-inclusive depending on candidates experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is a prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAE

Job Role:
• Interacting and assisting clients, collecting documents for visa, trade license
• Evaluating and preparing document assessment in order to ensure that clients are advised of the pending documents
• Preparing and requesting proforma/invoices, tell links from the Accounts Team pertaining to any application (visa and trade license applications and cancellations) or procedure requiring assistance and monitors payments from clients for the same
• Assisting in Client Profiling on Zoho CRM (software) and ERP management
• Updating and ensuring all applications (Change of Status application, residence visa stamping (new application, visa renewal, visa transfer, on-hold, and resubmission)) are encoded to Pending List excel sheet
• Processing and checking of documents are correct for Trade License with Amendment and Cancellation Application Process
• Updating and checking Emirates ID (check if card printed or still on process, if there are any issues mentioned on the website, call and get the necessary information
• Processing of Arabic translation and checking the quotation for the degree, marriage certificate, birth certificate and driver’s license
