Job description / Role
– Assists the senior management in the setting up of the credit-control system for the Company.
– Manages the process of tracking security shortfall from the clients and highlights any discrepancies to the finance department on the credit risk.
– Recommends ways to continuously improve the process and increase efficiency while reducing the turn-around-time.
– Plan different approaches to debt recovery, depending on the type of customer, value, relation with the company, market factors, and the availability and type of security.
