Job Description

  • Be the custodian of Market Intelligence, identify market opportunities and work towards strong GTM to gain share quarter on quarter
  • Work closely with Product, Revenue & Category and Marketing teams to formulate strategies that help in growing top line and effectively implement the same. 
  • Build an environment of consistent learning to deliver strong capability of business managers and deliver superlative performance
  • Drive platform and technology adoption across partners through extensive training and monitoring.
  • Monitor and achieve daily / monthly / quarterly numbers on top line & bottom line.
  • Ensure entire team act as consultant to Travel agent partner to grow his business and deliver healthy NPS 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain strong professional relationship with partners across UAE.
  • Influence business and industry practices by driving innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.  

Should have spent a considerable period in UAE travel domain; preferably in B2B sectionShould be conversant in English/ArabicData-driven business acumen Proven ability to build, drive and rally teams on organizational and functional goals.Demonstrated leadership and management excellenceAbility to think both strategically and tactically with strong focus Strong understanding of the Business Development, market rigor, product category, market, and growth opportunities in order to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals
