Job Description:
We are looking to fill the role of Customer Finance Analyst within our Customer Finance and Deductions Management team in Sanford, N. Carolina. The role reports directly to a Team Coordinator but requires multiple work streams with multiple departments (EDI/ Master Data/Customer Service/Sales…)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers in establishing an accurate forecast of cash receipts and audit requests
- Manage customer claims in order to maximize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) results
- Manage customer portfolios with a focus on company profitability
- Prepare credit/debit memo requests and issue adjustments
Job Requirements:
- SAP and Manufacturing background preferred
- Be able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
- Be able to quickly address and resolve customer concerns, questions, and disputes
- Associates Degree (preferred) with coursework in Accounting, Business Law and/or Finance
- Minimum of two (2) years of Customer Finance experience, A/R, deduction management, and credit applications in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated, possess decision-making abilities, and require little supervision
