This is a mid level role to work on the corporate elements of Projects transactions. Diverse mix of work allowing this hire to sit in between several teams

International law firm, global presence particularly strong in the UK and US. Recognisable name with an enviable list of very loyal clients in this region

Description

The main purpose of this role is to work on big ticket M&A for global clients, with a focus on those coming out of KSA in the projects world.

This hire will have a dual role, on the one hand handling corporate support work on Projects and on the other handling more vanilla M&A / Private Equity work.
