About the Client: 

A corporate office for business formation registration, based in Dubai handling business start-ups within UAE

Job Description: 

 Coordinate with the team and the registered agents to maintain process workflow with respect to the tasks assigned and to ensure that the services are rendered within the assigned time frames.

 Provide accurate response to queries from agents by carefully reviewing the requirements for all services in the Registry and be familiar with the contents of any supportive document issued by the Registry (e.g., FAQ(s), portal guides, service guidance etc.)

 Ensure that verifications and approvals are carried out as per the company Regulations, requirements, and compliance policies.

 Ensure all service requests, emails and calls are responded accurately and promptly within the defined SLA.

 Support and train the fellow team members as and when required.
