Job Description:
The Middle East Corporate Citizenship Program Analyst supports delivery of CC efforts across the region.
The primary purpose of the Middle East Corporate Citizenship Program Analyst role is:

Act as the first point of contact for employees wanting to get involved with Corporate Citizenship.

Overseeing due diligence support for Middle East CC programs, overseeing management of all CC documentation for audit purposes, ensuring documents are stored in Impact
-
Work with the CC team and the FS support to prepare monthly and quarterly reports on CC activity including pro bono tracking, quarterly analysis of volunteering trends

Oversee the identification, development and delivery of volunteer support materials

Maintain Middle East CC metrics and FAQs on sites accessible for Middle East Accenture employees and provide support to data requests from client sales teams and others

Maintain the Middle East Corporate Citizenship Events and Communications calendar as well as team vacation planner and will lead on organization of team events

Build capacity for the Middle East CC management team by sourcing and overseeing delivery of work by Accenture volunteers (e.g., job jars, bench volunteers)

Complete special projects management and campaigns – e.g., implementation of smaller projects around embedding corporate citizenship in benefits and rewards arrangements across the Middle East.

Co-ordination and operationalization of strategic employee engagement activities

Co-ordination and operationalization of strategic employee engagement activities, ensuring relevant and up to date opportunities are made available to Middle East employees

Supporting delivery of core CC events such as World Environment Day and other strategic campaigns
-
Interface with other business functions as required e.g. benefits & rewards, Payroll etc. on discreet projects
Co-ordination of volunteering in the Middle East:
-
Source volunteering opportunities with key charity partners in partnership with the Location Corporate Citizenship Sponsors and Leads

Liaise between unstaffed / bench volunteers and the Middle East CC team for internal volunteer opportunities

Making relevant opportunities available to employees via high quality channels

Keeping mailing list up to date and providing Mailer support

Manage monthly tracking of voluntary contributions, annual volunteer survey and quarterly volunteering analysis for CC champions.
Employee communications:
-
Respond to internal and external approaches within 48 hours in a professional manner. Develop standard replies as required and support Business Development Teams in answering RFPs.

Source and draft content and stories for internal / group communications to help raise awareness of Corporate Citizenship. Preparing CC Mailers and newsletters

Team with counterparts in Marketing and Communications (M&C) to develop provide relevant source materials, content ideas and effective and relevant CC messaging.

Managing content on internal Portal pages, Sharepoints, and working closely with M&C colleagues to ensure content is relevant and up to date.

Support delivery of New Joiner Orientation events and other CC events.
Delivery support:

Keep CC Sharepoints, mailing lists, relevant policies, etc., up to date. Oversee the due diligence process around managing key legal documentation relating to our corporate citizenship donations (i.e., storing grant and pro bono agreements with Accenture Records Management and KX / Global Corporate Citizenship Groups Site) in accordance with Accenture policy

Coordinate logistics for quarterly review sessions with key nonprofit organizations

Understanding of environmental and social issues, as well as the importance of CC / CSR for companies.
Exposure to the nonprofit sector.
Desired Education:
Academic degree with a major or minor in the following fields: human rights, international studies, law, politics, public relations, business or environmental management will be desirable.
