Corporate Associate

Job Description :
A prestigious American law firm based in Dubai is currently looking for a commercially minded and efficient associate, between 2 and 5 years qualified, to join their corporate transactions practice.Key Requirements

Must be between 2 and 5 years PQE

Common law qualified (England & Wales, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand)

Must have trained and/or worked with a top-tier international (ideally Magic/Silver Circle or US) law firm within a corporate practice

Experience advising a range of clients on corporate matters including but not limited to large-scale M&A and JV deals, regulatory issues, group restructurings, and capital markets. Exposure to commercial transactions and experience dealing with complex contracts and agreements would be an added benefit

Must be currently based in the UAE or have prior experience in the Middle East
