OSITION OBJECTIVE – The position is responsible in coordinating with the HC and GR team to get the visas for newly hired employees.

  • o collect all required documents and information needed for the visa application.
  • o update visa status.

ey Responsibilities

  • eceiving and collecting candidate’s documents online. To send pending required documents and information.
  • reating Navision entry for each candidate and submit online for HC Head approval.
  • end to GR the list of candidates with their respective brands for preparation of Job Contract.
  • hecking job contracts salary and designation vs. the offer letter of the company if matched.
  • ending candidates the job contracts requesting their signatures and thumb print.
  • ubmit to GR the hard copy application and email the signed job contracts for visa process.
  • oordinating with regards to the necessary approval required by GR department.
  • pdating candidate’s status on their visa thru email and phone calls – more or less 20 calls per day.
  • dvising on the length of the process and necessary actions if the company visa has not come before their previous visa lapses.
  • ending e-visas to Recruiters once received.
  • iling documents and to ensure complete submission from candidate’s side.
  • reparing for the payment of attestation on the required original educational certificates.
  • anual preparation of other visa application which brands or candidates are not able to upload their documents.
