Seeking someone who is a Career Paralegal, who has at least 10 years solid paralegal experience and not seeking to become a lawyer.
* The role is very contracts management focused, handling variations, drafting legal notices, dealing with trade licenses, general agreements, logistics agreements, handling day-to-day queries for legal department, dealing with legal documents for the individual entities, maintaining a registry of external counsel.
* They are seeking someone proactive who takes initiative.
