Prospect Health are very excited to be once again be working alongside our public partner in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a suitably qualified consultant of Intensive Care Medicine to join them in their facility.

The Facility

This facility, a specialist hospital that has been built as a referral centre to the Northern Emirates ( Sharjah, Fujairah Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah) to serve the approx 345,000 people in the local area.

The Location

Ras Al Khaimah has until recently been overshadowed by the larger emirates within the federation, Abu Dhabi being in charge and Dubai having provided vast wealth from tourism and banking. since 2011 howver RAK in particular has been on the up and up.

However, with over 30% of the Local Emirati population being situated in the 5 northern Emirates the government has started to look at long term investment in this area, first with an oil pipeline in 2008 and other government and social enterprises following suit..

Alternatively If you prefer the bustling night life of Dubai you are never more than hour away. RAK is far cheaper to live in than Dubai with Rental expenditure being between 45,000 and 150,000 dhs per year depending on requirment. In Dubai or Abu Dhabi however this can range from 90,000- 400,000 dhs per year.
