We are looking for a Data Entry/Back Office Executive to join our team. As a backbone of our organization, you will be assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and data entry tasks. You should be able to work quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team.

As a Data Entry/Back Office Executive your day to day tasks will consist of :

1. Performing basic admin duties such as sending emails, data entry and analysis

2. Assisting and working with the Front Office team.

3. Assisting and supporting management.

4. Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.

5. Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

6. Collaborating with the various departments of the organization.

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of computers and MS Office.

2. Ability to work as part of a team.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Excellent organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: AED15,000.00 – AED15,800.00 per month
