Position Title: Compliance Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

The hiring company is a prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries across UAE
Job Role:
• Responsible in making sure that all application documents submitted comply with the standard requirement requested by the licensing authority
• Responsible in doing “Daily Leads Count” and “Missing Leads Reminder” to the Sales Agent
• Responsible in extracting, collating, and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Management
• Will be tasked to do random checks on a weekly basis if the Sales Agents are responding to queries within the 2-hour response time
• Will meet clients and assist them in filling out the forms properly
• Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
• Manage and update the CRM
• Notify the sales agent on company trade license renewal
• Coordinate with the operations team to get the company registered with the set timelines
• Send timelines to the client
• Give regular updates to the client on their license, immigration and visa process
